The workshop was a great balance between practical and participatory elements. The level of scientific knowledge shared was impressive and delivered in a way that could be understood by all. It was interesting to learn about techniques for relaxation alongside ways to increase energy when needed. There were lots of strategies that could easily be used in daily life at home and in the office which will ultimately increase the success of our business in the longer term.
Chloe was very calming and knew exactly when to create silence to aid relaxation, she brought all materials needed, we literally had to turn up and relax! I would 100% recommend this workshop. It was excellent, we learnt so much, managed to relax and Chloe was an excellent facilitator. It was amazing value for money too and we'll 100% be booking in one again in the future.

Our students loved yoga through Balance with Chloe. Chloe was personable and had a way of making the students feel at ease and able to fully engage in the sessions. The sessions also focused on mental health and ways to help to improve this with breathing techniques and yoga movements, so were a great addition to our well-being enrichment offer. Chloe even had staff joining in!

Chloe works with our sixth form students, helping them to identify ways to relax and control their breathing. This is especially important when they feel the nerves and anxiety of exam preparation and revision. Following sessions, students have used the strategies and techniques, and found them to be beneficial. Chloe makes the sessions interactive, calming and fun. Students who were initlaly sceptical, engage well and see the benefits of Yoga for exercise but also mindfulness.
