I deliver sessions in education and healthcare settings for young people. These can be regular weekly sessions, part of the enrichment offer or one off workshops focusing on a specific theme i.e. exam stress / focus / emotions / sleep / energy levels etc.

I also deliver regular sessions and stress management workshops for staff as part of their health and wellbeing. Using breathwork, nutrition and suggesting some possible liefstyle changes to help staff to become more resilient and more able to cope with stressful situations.

I combine yoga movement, breathwork, mindfulness and nutrition in fun and accessible classes. I aim to educate young people and staff on how they can support their body and mind, empowering them to embrace the whole of themselves and equip them with some tools to take on the challenges they may face.
